As the world changes dynamically, it is now more important than ever that pupils understand their role in the community and their responsibility to make a difference; to be part of a change that they wish to see. Being proactive, and taking initiative are two of the important attributes of the GES Cairo pupil profile; as we prepare our pupils to leave their mark on the world. It is an opportunity for the pupils to recognise their inner strengths, and be recognised for them.

The aim of the EAGLES and EAGLE Scouts programme is to educate and empower pupils to be the best versions of themselves by showing Effort, Accountability, Generosity, Leadership, Energy and Solidarity.

Starting Year 3 pupils are nominated by their teachers to join the programme. Throughout their Primary years, pupils develop their leadership skills and build confidence through the "Leader in Me" programme as well as planning and participating in various community service activities .In the Secondary years, the EAGLES with an outstanding performance and promoted to becoming EAGLE Scouts that will continue their self discovery journey and mentor the junior EAGLES.
