Libraries

At GES Cairo, we believe that the libraries are the heart and soul of our Primary and Secondary schools.

We promote and foster a love of reading and learning from a young age and reading is encouraged every day at school (during Homeroom), as well as at home. Whether it is Book Week or Book Dress Up Day, be sure to always have a book in your bag so that you do not get caught without a book during one of our surprise Drop Everything and Read events!

Highlights of the school year include Ms Ghada Dajani’s Special Storytime Sessions, where our younger students are captivated by the spectacular performances put on especially for them by Ms Ghada and her talented troupe of admin staff actors!

We are so proud of all the inspirational events we host to encourage our students to love books and grow into successful life-long learners.

Our libraries have recently enjoyed fabulous make-overs and are well-stocked with a diverse range of books to support our students’' educational and personal interests. Why not pay us a visit soon?
